What leader doesn't want to remake the world according to his conception of "the good/moral civilization," even if its target beneficiaries are a minority? What's the point of leading without the power to effect change? Why buy into the whole "will to power" thing? Saying everything is about the will to power is so 80's academic. Tiredly cynical. And exactly why I don't like Huxley much.
